What is the installation time?
Typical installation is 24-72 hours from order confirmation in covered areas. In some cases, we can complete installation within the same day if you're in a pre-wired building.
Do you have data caps?
All consumer plans are unlimited with no data caps or fair usage policies. Business plans also include unlimited data with priority bandwidth.
Is there a contract?
We offer both monthly and yearly plans with no long-term contracts required. Business plans typically come with a 12-month contract and service-level agreement for guaranteed performance.
